Our AI-powered B2B sales platform, including all features, functionality, content, and services.

"User" or "You"

Any individual or organization accessing or using Aureivia.

"Account"

Your personalized account created to access Aureivia's services.

"Content"

All text, data, information, materials, and results you input, upload, or receive through Aureivia.

"Intellectual Property Rights"

Patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights.

3.1 Account Registration

To use Aureivia, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. Aureivia is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account use.

3.3 Account Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the authority to enter into this agreement. Business accounts represent that they are authorized to bind the organization to these terms.

3.4 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, we will cease providing the Service but may retain data as required by law.

5.1 Aureivia's IP Rights

Aureivia owns all intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, features, functionality, algorithms, and documentation. These are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Aureivia for its intended purpose.

5.2 Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use Aureivia's marks without written permission

5.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about Aureivia, we may use this information without compensation or attribution. You grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use your feedback.

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or input into Aureivia (e.g., lead lists, email templates, campaign information). You grant Aureivia a license to use your content to provide and improve the Service.

6.2 AI Training & Improvement

You acknowledge that we may use aggregated, anonymized data from your account to:

• Train machine learning models and improve our algorithms
• Enhance lead enrichment accuracy
• Improve discovery algorithms and data quality
• Analyze usage patterns to optimize the Service

This data will be anonymized and aggregated so it cannot identify individuals or organizations. We will not share your raw lead data without explicit consent.

6.3 Third-Party Content

Aureivia may include content from third parties (data providers, directories, public sources). This content is provided "as-is." We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content.

6.4 Content Warranty

You represent that your content does not infringe third-party rights and that you have permission to use and share it. You agree to indemnify Aureivia for any claims related to your content.

10.1 Pricing

Aureivia offers various pricing plans. Pricing is displayed on our website and subject to change upon 30 days' notice. Current pricing applies only to new subscriptions or renewals.

10.2 No Hidden Fees

Pricing displayed includes all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We will not charge additional fees unless disclosed to you in advance.

10.3 Free Trial

Free trials expire after the stated period. You must cancel before expiration to avoid charges. We will send a reminder before trial expiration.

11.1 Payment Method

You authorize us to charge your payment method for your subscription fees and any applicable taxes. Payment is processed by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). Your payment information is handled securely and encrypted.

11.2 Recurring Billing

Subscriptions automatically renew on the anniversary of your billing date. You may cancel anytime before renewal to avoid being charged.

11.3 Failed Payments

If payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment continues to fail, your account may be suspended or terminated.

12.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Aureivia until the end of the billing period.

12.2 Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for partial months or early cancellation. However, we may offer prorated refunds in specific circumstances at our sole discretion. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of billing.

12.3 Chargeback Disputes

Any chargeback initiated without first contacting us will result in automatic account termination and may incur additional fees.

13.1 Termination by Aureivia

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in illegal or harmful conduct
• Violate data protection laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR, POPIA)
• Fail to pay required fees
• Misuse Aureivia's features or data

13.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use Aureivia ends immediately. We may delete your account data after 30 days. You remain liable for fees incurred through the termination date.

13.3 Survival

Sections regarding intellectual property, limitations of liability, disclaimers, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
